Locations: Aged Care Facilities across Tin Can Bay, QLD
Pay Rate: $40.48 – $88.45 per hour + superannuation (casual rates, including penalties)

About the Role:

We are currently seeking experienced Assistants in Nursing (AINs) to join our casual pool, providing high-quality care and support to residents in aged care facilities across Mackay. This role is ideal for compassionate, committed individuals who take pride in delivering respectful, person-centered care.

Duties may include:

Providing personal care (e.g. bathing, dressing, grooming)

Supporting resident mobility and transfers

Assisting with meals and feeding

Monitoring and reporting any changes in residents’ health

Requirements:

To be considered, you must meet the following criteria:

Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent

Minimum of 12 months experience in a similar role within aged care

Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check or National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)

Current influenza vaccination (in line with healthcare regulations)
