Alliance Nursing has Casual Agency Shifts Available NOW for Assistant Nurses to provide quality care to patients & residents at different facilities across the Sunshine Coast. Both Aged Care & Acute Hospital Wards/Units.

About the role
As an agency Assistant Nurse, you will have the opportunity to assist teams within different clinical environments, make positive impacts to the lives of both inpatients in Hospital settings and residents in Aged Care facilities. You will have the privilege of providing a high standard of nursing care while maintaining compassion and empathy utilising the skills you have learnt as a Student Nurse or gained as an Experienced Certificate 3 or 4 holder.

Duties

• Assisting with ADL's
• Team Work
• Risk mitigation
• Wound care assistance
• Documentation and communication
• Restocking and helping out where and where you can!

Experience & Requirements

• Minimum Current Diploma or Bachelor of Nursing Student (Having Completed your First Clinical Placement in either an Aged Care Facility or Hospital Ward - NOT Community or Disability)
• Certificate 3 or 4 or ANSATs - Clinical Placement Reports
• Full immunisation evidence
• Practical CPR/BLS, 1ST AID Certificate
• Current NDIS (Yellow Card)
• Current WWCC (Blue Card)
• National Police Check issued within the last 12 months and Clear
