What we're looking for

A Certificate III in Aged Care, Allied Health Assistance, or equivalent qualification

Experience working as an Assistant in Nursing or similar healthcare role

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team

A genuine passion for providing high-quality, person-centered care

Demonstrated compassion, empathy, and a commitment to patient well-being
