Remuneration: ASO7 ($108,109 - $116,864 per annum + 11% Super)
Role Details:
The Department for Child Protection is looking for Multiple Lead Project Officers to join our Adelaide office on a full-time, term basis. In this role, you will provide high-level strategic leadership and expertise to help drive positive change and quality outcomes across our services.
You will be responsible for:
Leading the design, development and rollout of projects, policies and procedures to support service reform.
Writing clear, well-structured briefings, reports and communications within tight timeframes.
Coordinating consultation and engagement with partners, government agencies, advisory groups and community stakeholders.
Researching, analysing and interpreting data to guide timely and effective project delivery.
Supporting the Senior Manager by offering guidance and contributing to team leadership and shared goals.
To be successful:
You'll have a strong ability to manage competing priorities, work independently under broad direction, and deliver results in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Your written communication will be a standout --clear, concise and suited to complex subject matter.
You'll also bring a solid understanding of best practices in working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families, especially when it comes to supporting the safety and wellbeing of children.
