Due to ongoing business growth we are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable person to demonstrate their existing skills in Industrial blasting and material preparation.

Join our dynamic team in the progressive and vibrant Goulburn Valley. We are a well-established Powder Coating company seeking a Powdercoat Preparation Specialist to contribute to our ongoing success.

Responsibilities include:

Prepare material surfaces for coating by blasting, cleaning, masking, and applying pre-treatment chemicals.

Inspect finished products for quality and make necessary corrections.

Troubleshoot and perform routine maintenance on equipment.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Follow safety guidelines and protocols.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in an industrial setting preferred but not essential.

Work together as part of a small high performing team.

Strong attention to detail and quality control.

Familiarity with OH&S procedures.

Effective communication skills.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a manufacturing or metal fabrication environment is desirable.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies.

Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.

Strong work ethic.

Flexibility to work occasional overtime.

Forklift experience & license preferred.

Own reliable transport and driver license required.
