Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Chef De Partie at The Franklin Hotel in Adelaide, SA. The Chef De Partie will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and cooking of high-quality dishes, maintaining a clean and organised kitchen, and ensuring food safety standards are met.

What you'll be doing

Preparing and cooking dishes to a high standard

Assisting the Head Chef in the daily operations of the kitchen

Maintaining a clean, organised and efficient work environment

Ensuring all food safety and hygiene standards are met

Working cohesively with the front-of-house team

What we're looking for

Experience as a Chef De Partie or equivalent role in a fast-paced environment would be ideal but not essential

Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques and presentation

Passion for using high-quality, fresh ingredients to create exceptional dishes

Excellent time management and organisational skills to work efficiently under pressure

Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive kitchen culture

Food safety and hygiene certification

Strong communication and customer service skills
