About the Role
We’re looking for a talented full-time catering chef to join our growing team.
You’ll be based in our prep kitchen and out at events across Adelaide and surrounds.

Key Responsibilities

Prep and cook for a wide range of events — from 20 pax dinners to 500 pax cocktail parties

Work on-site at events: plating, final prep, service

Collaborate with the team on seasonal menu development

Maintain kitchen standards and food safety

Represent Out in the Paddock with professionalism and a great attitude at all times

About You

Proven experience as a chef (restaurant or catering background welcome)

Event catering experience is a must — you know what it takes to cook off-site and handle event service

Strong understanding of seasonal produce and modern food trends

Positive, flexible attitude — team player

Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively

Full working rights in Australia (no sponsorship available)
