Reporting to the Coordinator, Social Programs, the Administration Officer, Active Ageing is responsible for assisting in the planning and delivery of the City of Tea Tree Gully's Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) funded programs and services.
Key responsibilities include:
High level administrative support including reviewing and updating client care plans in line with the Strengthened Quality Standards
Update and maintain accurate data records with strong attention to detail
Professional client liaison to obtain quality feedback
Occasional out of hours and weekend work may be required.
This is a 0.5 FTE position on a 12 month contract.

About you
You will hold the following role specific requirements:
Current WWCC, or willingness to obtain
Current Aged Care Sector Employment Screening or willingness to obtain
Minimum Certificate III in Aged Care, or relevant extensive industry experience
Current South Australian Class C Driver's Licence
Current First Aid Certificate, or willingness to obtain
Food Safety Handling Certificate, or willingness to obtain
You will be willing to undergo a pre-employment medical assessment.

Salary range is between $75,617 to $81,719 (Full Time Equivalent) plus superannuation guarantee and will be negotiated commensurate with skills, experience and qualifications.
