The Fit Lab Allied Health Clinic are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, professional and friendly Receptionist to join our growing clinic. Our Allied Health Clinic offers a variety of disciplines including physiotherapy, exercise physiology, dietitian and nutrition services.

Our reception team are responsible for coordinating the daily administration associated with our practitioners and clients. This includes everything from greeting clients upon arrival, managing referrals and services agreements, and billing whilst maintaining a professional demeanour. Our client base varies from private clients, to Medicare and DVA as well as NDIS and WorkCover. Your ability to work in a fast-paced environment, whilst working with our practitioners is essential.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Interacting with clients in person as well as over the phone and email in a professional and courteous manner

Ensure all billing and payments are processed in a timely manner

Data entry and record management of client files

Reconciling payments received between our practice management software (Nookal) and accounting software (Xero)

Support the practitioners to ensure a seamless experience for clients

General administration and housekeeping within the clinic

Collaborate with other areas of the business including our gym and high-performance unit

Coordination of NDIS service agreements

Our clinic is open from 7am – 7pm Monday to Friday. The position on offer is full time, across 5 days per week. The work pattern can be discussed with the successful candidate.

We pride ourselves on creating a professional but friendly environment and are looking for someone to grow with us. Although not mandatory, experience within another allied health clinic or medical clinic will be very helpful.
