What you'll be bringing to the table:

• 5+ years of solid experience in multi-project B2B environment (maybe you've previously crushed it at a digital/software dev agency, a software vendor, or worked in a customer facing account management similar capacity)
• Must be fluent in both written and spoken Mandarin and English
• Proven track record of successful project and operational management – handling everything from new projects to troubleshooting and ongoing service.
• A natural problem-solver who can quickly gather information, lead troubleshooting, make smart decisions, and communicate solutions clearly.
• Top notch communication skills, especially when engaging with commercial stakeholders.
• Some exposure to key platforms like e-commerce, POS, ERP, CMS, or reporting tools is a big plus.
• You understand the ins and outs of platform management processes: environments, testing, release management, and deployments.
