About the role

As the Project Manager, you will lead the end-to-end planning and delivery of new social and affordable housing projects across metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria. You’ll also oversee major capital works at existing assets and support strategic acquisitions and disposals. Your strong commercial and project management skills will be key to ensuring Unison’s housing pipeline delivers real outcomes.

You’ll have the opportunity to work across the full property lifecycle, from negotiating funding applications to design, procurement, construction, through to completion, and you’ll take pride in your ability to get projects done using a ‘hands-on’ project delivery approach.

You’ll bring your commercially minded professionalism and passion for creating housing solutions that make a difference and be confident working across complex stakeholder environments with an ability to balance strategic vision with operational excellence.
