The role

Splash Bathrooms' is seeking a skilled Bathroom Estimator with Installation Experience and QBCC Licence to join our team in Brisbane, QLD on a contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates and proposals for bathroom renovation projects, drawing on your technical expertise and hands-on installation experience.

Key responsibilities

Conducting site visits and measurements to gather accurate data for bathroom renovation projects

Preparing detailed cost estimates and proposals, including material requirements, labour costs, and project timelines

Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and providing expert recommendations to ensure successful project outcomes

Coordinating with the installation team to ensure a smooth and efficient project delivery

Maintaining accurate records and documentation throughout the project lifecycle

Providing support and guidance to the broader team as needed

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Bathroom Estimator or similar role in the construction industry

Strong technical knowledge of bathroom products, materials, and installation processes

Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans, blueprints, and specifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and the broader team

Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities

Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and codes
