Fire Services Tester – Full-Time

HARTEC FIRE SYSTEMS PTY LTD is seeking a dedicated and skilled Fire Services Tester to join our growing team in Brisbane. In this essential role, you'll be responsible for inspecting, testing, and maintaining fire equipment and systems, ensuring compliance and safety across our clients' sites.

Role Overview:

Perform AS1851 inspections and testing on clients' building fire and safety equipment, including:

Fire Extinguishers

Fire Blankets

Hydrants and Hose Reels

Emergency Lights

Fire Doors and Passive Fire Systems ( advantageous )

Fire Detection (advantageous)

Qualifications:

QBCC licensed - must have

3-5 years' field experience

Proficient in AS1851:2012 and AS2444-2001 standards

Experienced in site audits and surveys under AS1851-2012

Skilled with iPhone Apps for logging tests and defects

Blue Card (advantageous)

Unrestricted manual driver’s license

Physically fit (able to lift 15kg multiple times daily)
