We are seeking a casual receptionist to join our inclusive and friendly team here at M+S Group. Based in our Kyabram Office primarily – travel to other offices may be required from time to time. You will be the first point of contact for all our clients and visitors, creating a positive first impression.

Greeting and welcoming visitors

Answering and directing phone calls

Mail coming and in out of the office

Scheduling appointments

Maintaining a clean and organised reception area

Requirements

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Experience in reception or customer service

Ability to work as part of a team in a cross organisational environment

Computer and Microsoft program experience and skills

Able to liaise with clients in a professional and confidential manner

Flexibility to work a range of different days

Willingness to travel to other offices if needed
