Our Young People
Young people come from diverse backgrounds and often face a significant and complex range of educational, social, developmental, psychological, health, legal barriers to learning which require unique interventions. Our approach is grounded in the Operation By Principles framework, which combines education with an understanding of trauma-informed practices.

The Role
The Administration Officer position is primarily responsible for ensuring the smooth and high quality day-to-day running of the administrative and school support areas in order to meet the Central Office need and Compliance requirements. This role will also work collaboratively with Central office leadership and staff to provide a safe and conducive work environment.
You will be employed on an ongoing basis, commencing as soon as possible and will be employed under the Catholic Education Multi Enterprise Agreement 2022. Classification for the role is a Category A ESS Level 3. The salary range for this role is $82,148 - $93,079 (depending on education and experience).
You will need
Ability to commit to and work within our Operating Principles; Respect, Participation, Safe and Legal and Honesty
Certificate/Diploma qualification or equivalent education and experience
Hold a valid Working with Children Check or have the ability to obtain, and a National Police Check certificate (issued within the last six months), or hold a current Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration.
Previous experience in a similar role
Experience in maintaining administrative processes which support efficient and compliant operations.
High level computer literacy and proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications.
Proven initiative, organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to operate independently or within a team environment to lead and deliver on timelines.
High-level attention to detail.
