As our Events Specialist, you’ll be the strategic mind and steady hand behind the design and coordination of a wide range of internal and client-facing events. You’ll work closely with the Marketing Manager and other key stakeholders to deliver a calendar of events that bring clarity, connection, and consistency to the BMT experience.

How you’ll make it happen:

Knowing where BMT should be seen by researching and recommending the industry events and conferences that matter most

Planning every detail of our involvement, whether it’s a client networking event, a staff celebration, or an industry conference

Handling scheduling, logistics, budgets, and delivery with ease

Working closely with our Content Writer to create presentations and materials to ensure each event looks, feels, and performs like BMT

Stepping back after each event to reflect, report, and refine to elevate future events

This role is based in our Newcastle office, and importantly, it doesn’t require travel or attendance at external events.

About You

You’ve built your experience over 5+ years of Events experience, ideally within a professional or corporate environment.

You’re known for your:

Sharp eye for detail and the professionalism to match

Mastery of logistics, timelines, and problem-solving

Ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines

Natural ease in working with senior executives and external partners

Clear, confident written and verbal communication

Adaptability, initiative, and calm under pressure
