What we need:

We’re on the hunt for two experienced private-practice accountants to step into leadership roles. As our team continues to grow, we’re looking for people who can review work, support junior staff, and strengthen the quality and capability of our accounting team.

1. Accountant Manager

You’re a seasoned accountant who thrives on reviewing, mentoring and solving complex tax and business problems. You’ve got the confidence to lead, and the mindset to support others.

What You’ll Do:

Review and sign off on the work of junior and intermediate accountants

Answer technical queries from both the team and clients

Mentor and coach junior team members—help them grow and succeed

Provide high-level tax advice to clients across a broad range of industries

Contribute to refining systems and raising the quality bar across the firm

What You’ll Bring:

8+ years in public practice (servicing SMEs and larger businesses)

Strong experience in reviewing work and supporting team development

Confidence in explaining complex matters clearly and professionally

Excellent communication and client relationship skills

CA/CPA qualified (required)

2. Accountant Supervisor

Still enjoy hands-on work but ready to take on more leadership? This hybrid role is ideal for someone who wants to balance client work with mentoring and team support.

What You’ll Do:

Prepare and review tax returns, BAS, financial statements and compliance work

Support junior team members with day-to-day questions and challenges

Mentor and guide staff as they develop technical and client-facing skills

Contribute to client solutions and business advisory work

Support workflow management and process improvement

What You’ll Bring:

5+ years of public practice experience with a mix of clients

Strong technical capability and attention to detail

A collaborative and supportive approach to teamwork

Ability to manage your own workflow while assisting others

CA/CPA qualified (or working towards) strongly preferred
