We seek a motivated and people-oriented Business Developer Manager to join our growing team at Duo Tax. This is a key client-facing role where you will build and manage client relationships, identify new opportunities, and support the growth of our business. Responsibilities

Maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.

Cold calling is required, which requires reaching out to potential referral partners and customers to introduce our services and drive growth.

Act as a point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and project delivery.

Proactively address client concerns and offer timely, practical solutions.

Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to increase brand visibility and engage potential clients. These events may take place outside standard business hours, including early mornings and evenings. Attendance at these events is considered an essential part of the role in order to get maximum exposure to commercial entities .
