About The Role

Butler, McIntyre and Butler are seeking a talented Personal Assistant to support in our Commercial team. This position presents an opportunity for a motivated individual who enjoys working in a professional and fast paced environment.
Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, integrity, drive to learn and develop their skills and a strong commitment to working in the legal industry. Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or a paralegal desired but not essential.
To be successful in this role you will have:
Demonstrated experience and knowledge of administration procedures
Excellent organisation and time management skills
General administrative duties, organising and maintaining paper and electronic files
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to multi-task, prioritise work demands and work well under pressure
Ability to use initiative and think on your feet, while working in a fast-paced environment
Proficient audio typing and keyboard skills
Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
High level of accuracy in work, including data entry and document preparation
Ensure workflows are updated and maintained in a timely manner
High level of professionalism in appearance and conduct
Ability to build strong internal and external relationships
