We are currently seeking a self-motivated, polished, and highly organised Sales Associate to join a leading real estate agency renowned for its premium service and exceptional results across Sydney’s affluent Eastern Beaches and Eastern Suburbs.

About the Role

Working closely with an elite sales team, this role will expose you to every aspect of the sales process. It is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-performance setting and is eager to accelerate their career in real estate.
Key Responsibilities Include:

• Proactively prospecting and generating leads via cold calling, letterbox drops, and door knocking
• Assisting at open homes, auctions, appraisals, and private inspections
• Managing buyer enquiries and maintaining regular follow-up
• Supporting client relationship development and vendor management
• Attending listing valuations and property marketing activities
• Maintaining and managing the agency’s CRM database (vendors/buyers/sales pipeline)

About You

We are seeking a confident and ambitious professional who reflects the agency’s core values: Leadership, Teamwork, Customer First, Humility, Reliability, and Success.
You will bring:

• Previous experience in a similar Sales Associate or Sales Support role
• A current NSW Certificate of Registration (or Real Estate Licence)
• Immaculate personal presentation and professional communication skills
• Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
• A proactive, collaborative mindset with a genuine passion for the property industry
• The ability to work independently with integrity and reliability
• A valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle
• Availability to work Saturdays
