About the role
Reporting to the Family Violence Program Manager, your responsibilities include facilitation of Men’s Behaviour Change Programs, undertaking eligibility assessments for the Family Violence Programs, providing Men’s case management, one on one support and conducting risk assessment and risk management of program participants. You will also develop case plans for eligible clients that identify a range of realistic and achievable change goals and engage each client with other social and universal services as appropriate.
This role is located in Cranbourne North and is permanent, part-time with the expectation that one day per week will be an evening shift. The base salary range is $95k -$102k (pro-rata) per annum.
About you
- Degree in Social Work, or a related social science discipline
- Completion of ‘No to Violence’ Graduate Certificate in Client Assessment and Case Management (Male Family Violence), or significant relevant group work experience
- Demonstrated experience with a range of family violence and the ability to articulate a practise framework including engagement and assessment
