Tradewind Australia is proudly partnering with a leading community service provider to recruit Orange Door Hub Practitioners in Mildura and Swan Hill.
This is a unique opportunity to join a culturally strong, multidisciplinary team supporting individuals and families impacted by family violence. Practitioners provide respectful, culturally safe, and trauma-informed responses across a range of needs and service areas.
🔸 About the Role
As a Hub Practitioner, you will:
Provide culturally appropriate responses to people experiencing or using family violence
Work across the Orange Door's core areas: family violence, child wellbeing, and perpetrator services
Collaborate with a team of professionals to ensure clients receive coordinated, client-centred support
Deliver services aligned with trauma-informed, intersectional, and culturally sensitive practice
🔸 What's on Offer
SCHADS Level 5: $97,000 - $101,000 + super + salary packaging
Full-time ongoing role (0.8 FTE also considered)
Onsite roles based in Mildura and Swan Hill

📝 Mandatory Requirement - REQ209
Applicants must meet REQ209, which refers to the Minimum Mandatory Qualification Requirements under the Family Violence Multi-Agency Risk Assessment and Management (MARAM) Framework.
This means:
Holding a relevant qualification (e.g. Social Work, Community Services, Psychology), or
Demonstrating equivalent experience aligned with responsibilities under the framework

Relocation assistance is currently unclear. However, we welcome applications from candidates considering a move-particularly those with strong ties to the Mildura or Swan Hill regions.
