My Gateway, in partnership with a local Conveyancing company in Woonona, is looking for a trainee to complete a Certificate III in Business.
📝 General duties:
- Greet clients and visitors in a warm, professional manner.
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct enquiries appropriately.
- Monitor and respond to emails, forwarding to relevant team members.
- Book client appointments and manage the office calendar.
- Perform data entry and update client information accurately.
- Scan, file, and organise important legal documents.
- Support the conveyancing team with general administrative tasks.
