WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are seeking an experienced, mature minded, flexible person to join our busy clinic on a Part-Time basis (15 hours per week). You will be working alongside our large energetic & outgoing team, who continually strive for patient delight and excellence in clinical care.

You'll be responsible for but not limited to:

Opening and closing the clinic

Managing patient bookings

Fielding telephone calls

Data entry

Patient billing and receipting

Daily banking reporting

Sterilisation of instruments

Merchandising

Footwear sales & inventory management

General cleaning duties

Potential applicants should have the following:

Excellent customer service skills

Proficient use of Microsoft suite

High level of computer skills

Ability to work under pressure and multi-task with high attention to detail

Professional presentation

Team Player with a "can do" attitude

Previous retail experience, including footwear, will be treated favourably

Previous experience within the Allied Health reception and patient care would be an advantage
