The Company:

The position, but not limited to:

• Manage a mixed-use and well-maintained portfolio with a full handover
• Implement compliance with the various obligations imposed under relevant strata and community title legislation and associated legislation
• Assess and implement strata/community management agreements
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs of properties and facilities
• Participate in developing and establishing property and facilities contract

Skills & Experience:

• Previous strata management experience is essential, however our client will consider a Property Manager wanting to get into strata!
• Outstanding communication, both written and verbal
• Excellent time management
• Possess a level of high attention to detail
• Proficient with Microsoft software packages
• Work collaboratively with all colleagues
• Clean police clearance
• Must be resilient and able to manage conflict in various scenarios
