The Role:

As our Educational Leader, you will guide and support our team of educators to deliver a

play-based, child-centred curriculum aligned with the EYLF. Your leadership will play a key

role in achieving our goal of becoming an Exceeding-Rated service.

About You:

Strong leadership, communication, coaching and mentoring skills

The position requires a deep understanding of early childhood pedagogies.

Knowledge of different approaches to meet the complex needs of children from a

range of backgrounds and abilities.

Knowledge of theory relating to childhood education and care including, child

development, attachment and learning.

Thorough knowledge of National Law and National Regulations related to Early

Childhood Education and Care.

Deep understanding of the EYLF, NQS, Child safety Standards, and current best

practices

Holds a Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)

Previous experience as an Educational Leader or in a senior educator role

Passionate, motivated, and committed to continuous improvement

Demonstrated ability to display initiative, contribute new ideas, evaluate and

challenge current systems and procedures

Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and engagement in

developing the Quality Improvement Plan.

Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to always demonstrate professional conduct and discretion
