Employment Type: Permanent - 30-38 Hours per week

Pay: $47.82- $66.11 Per hour + Super + Benefits

As an Educational Leader at Goodstart, you'll collaborate with Educators in your centre to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children. You'll deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework. Working closely with the centre leadership team, you'll lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice. About Goodstart Echuca

• Six room - 105 Place centre
• Set up for success - 2 full days Educational Leader time
• Float position working across all rooms in the centre. Working alongside the teams on the floor to give you a holistic view of the centre curriculum
• Exciting time to join the centre, join our Centre Leadership team to help get the team to Exceeding!

You'll need:

• Diploma or Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
• Current ECE VIT registration
