Manager, Operational Technology (OT) and Telecommunications

Your skills and experience that bring the biggest impact:

• Lead and manage the Operational Technology and Telecommunications team.
• Strategy and growth planning.
• Client and Project ownership and signoff.
• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of OT systems and telecommunication infrastructures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the seamless integration of OT and ICT systems.
• Ensure robust security measures are in place for OT and telecommunication systems.
• Develop and manage budgets, resources, and timelines for OT projects.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of OT systems and propose improvements.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to OT and telecommunications.
• Business development and industry networking

• Proven experience in managing Operational Technology and Telecommunications systems.
• Strong understanding of OT system architectures and telecommunication networks.
• Strategic planning, growing and scaling teams.
• Client liaison and development.
• Project management and delivery.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in project management and strategic planning.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• A degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field is preferred.
