Hays is currently partnered with a world-leading production company to recruit a Regional Safety Manager in a permanent capacity.

This position is crucial for meeting and exceeding Integrated Management Systems standards, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing them effectively.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Operational Leadership:
  Lead and coordinate the ISO 45001 program, OHS & CARE initiatives, and compliance requirements.
• Audit Participation:
  Actively participate in QHSE ISOs and customer audits to ensure company compliance.
• Safety Projects:
  Organise and lead safety projects and committee meetings to review indicators and proficiency.
• Reporting:
  Provide monthly safety systems reports.
• Representation:
  Represent the company at industry functions, committees, and other bodies as required.

Qualifications:

• Experience in leading safety programs and audits.
• Strong understanding of ISO 45001, OHS, and CARE initiatives.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.

What you'll get in return
