We’re looking for a strategic thinker, an inspiring leader, and someone with boots-on-the-ground experience who knows what excellence in workplace health and safety truly looks like.

About the Role

As WHS Manager – RPF, you’ll work closely with operational and executive teams to deliver best-practice WHS strategies, systems, and initiatives across all sites. You’ll champion our proactive safety culture, lead complex incident investigations, ensure compliance, and play a key part in embedding WHS into the everyday operations of our fast-paced business.

Your Key Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of WHS strategy, frameworks, and initiatives across RPF sites

Drive continuous improvement in health, safety, and wellbeing performance

Champion a positive, accountable safety culture throughout all operational levels

Oversee audits, investigations, training, and WHS governance

Engage directly with employees, leaders, and committees to embed safe work practices

Provide high-level support on injury management, return-to-work, and wellbeing programs

Ensure compliance with WHS legislation and internal standards

Contribute to cross-functional and leadership projects as required

What You'll Bring

Tertiary qualifications in WHS/OHS or related field (Diploma or higher)

Significant experience in a senior WHS role within high-risk industries (FMCG, fresh produce, or similar)

Expertise in WHS legislation, systems, audits, and risk management

Proven success driving enterprise-wide safety strategies and cultural change

Experience in incident investigation methodologies (e.g., ICAM)

Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills

Competency with digital WHS platforms (e.g., Safe Ag Systems or similar)

Ability to influence and work collaboratively across diverse teams

Flexibility to travel across multiple operational sites
