Assistant Property Manager - South Yarra - A Grade Office

JOB DUTIES:
- Learn and be part of all aspects of property management: manage accounts, administration, maintenance requests with FULL admin support provided
- Manage landlords and tenant relationships
- Use of PropertyMe software
- Lease renewals
- Finalising condition reports and inspections
- Handle emails and/or enquiries, owner / tenant enquiries etc.
- Work alongside an experienced Senior Property Manager on their CLEAN portfolio of 340 residential properties
- Using industry-respected PropertyMe systems

WHAT'S ON OFFER:
- 1st year salary: $65,000 - $75,000 + Super

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Agents Rep Certificate or Cert IV in Property
- Property Management Experience (ideally on a similar, high end portfolio)
- Excellent presentation
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Willingness to succeed + progress and grow within this prestigious company!
