What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading a hands-on assessment of how Snowflake is being used across the business.
• Mapping out business logic, identifying gaps, and understanding where key data sits, and where it doesn’t.
• Conducting gap analyses that translate into practical insights, shaping the future data strategy and roadmap.
• Writing and optimising your own SQL to get what you need, no waiting on others.
• Presenting clear, jargon-free findings to senior stakeholders (including the CFO).
• Helping the team define what’s working, what’s not, and what’s next.
• Creating documentation people will actually read (and thank you for).

Who You Are:

• You’re a seasoned Data Consultant, Business/Data Analyst, or Solution Architect with a strong Snowflake + SQL toolkit.
• You know how to speak both tech and business, and switch between the two without blinking.
• You’ve helped shape data strategies, not just deliver reports.
• You get why governance matters, why CRM/CMS data isn’t just marketing fluff, and how to turn data into direction.
