Site Manager
Design & Build Recruitment is currently seeking multiple Site Managers to work with our client on several different fit out projects in Brisbane’s CBD and surrounding suburbs. These are contract positions ranging from 4 to 20 weeks in length. As the Contract Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of the project, ensuring it is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate all on-site activities, including subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
• Implement and maintain adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Monitor progress, identify potential issues, and develop solutions to ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Collaborate closely with the project team to review plans, specifications, and construction documents.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including daily reports, progress updates, and site records.
• Provide clear and effective communication with stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Ensure the project is handed over smoothly, conducting final inspections, snagging, and documentation processes.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on Commercial Fit Out projects $1M - $15M
• QBCC licence
• First Aid licence
• Proficiency in using Hammertech, Procore, and other project management software.
• Any other relevant qualifications, certifications, and licenses are highly desirable.
