Tasks & responsibilities include:

• Arranging open home and private inspections
• Responding to inquiries
• Ingoing condition reports
• Routine Inspections
• Support to the Property Manager
• General office duties

To be successful, you will:

• Ideally have experience in Real Estate in a leasing role
• Must have a current Real Estate Certificate of Registration/Licence
• Must have a current Driver's license and registered vehicle
• Have excellent communication skills, be approachable and energetic
