The role:
We are hiring a Site-Based Security Manager, for a full-time, permanent position within the education sector. This role involves leading small team of security officers and supervisors to ensure they deliver a quality service to meet client expectations.
Key duties and responsibilities:
Management of security officers
Driving KPI performance
Contractual compliance
Production of monthly reports
Oversight of recruitment
Production, review and revision of SOP's
Compliance audits
Management and response to customer complaints
Management of staff performance and attendance
Planning and execution of security contingency
Skills & experience
Strong leadership skills
Past experience in an educational or other government setting
Proven experience in team management and operational security
NSW Security license.
Working with children's check (or willing to obtain)
First Aid & CPR (or willing to obtain)
