Are you a seasoned Security Supervisor or Manager ready to lead in a high-profile, dynamic environment—without the overnight shifts?
CONSTANT Security is seeking an experienced and dedicated Security Manager to oversee daily operations for one of our most prestigious VIP clients. This is a key leadership position offering stability, professionalism, and an excellent work-life balance.
In this role you will be working from 8am-4pm, Monday-Friday.
What You'll Be Doing
Leading and coordinating all daily security operations at a high-profile client site.
Supervising and mentoring a team of security officers.
Managing access control systems and ensuring secure entry for staff, contractors, and visitors.
Monitoring CCTV systems and responding proactively to potential threats.
Acting as the primary point of contact for all security matters, including emergency response.
Delivering exceptional customer service with a professional, visible presence.
Ensuring compliance with all security protocols, legislation, and industry regulations.
Building strong working relationships with client representatives and internal stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
Certificate II in Security Operations and NSW Security License
Current First Aid Certificate.
Demonstrated experience in a corporate security leadership role
Experience with advanced security systems.
Experience in security audits, compliance, and incident reporting.
