THE ROLE
This newly created role is responsible for post-deal settlement & communication with clients, solicitors and accountants. Specifically you will:

Loan Administration & Lifecycle Management:

• Monitor accuracy of loan capture and validation in loan management system
• Manage loan servicing activities, including repayments, interest adjustments, arrears tracking, and loan closures.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders (Credit, Risk, Treasury, Finance) to ensure smooth execution of loan operations.

Treasury Support:

• Act as a key contact to support Treasury in relation to warehouses supporting drawdowns, pool cuts, funding availability queries, and disbursement coordination.
• Partner with Treasury team to maintain basic understanding of daily funding requirements, settlement processes, and compliance with facility conditions.

Reporting & Analysis:

• Prepare operational and financial reports for both internal stakeholders and external funders, including loan performance, portfolio movements, covenant tracking, and arrears analytics.
• Identify and investigate variances or data anomalies and provide actionable insights to management.

Process Improvement & Technology Projects:

• Collaborate with technology teams and third-party vendors to enhance loan management systems, reporting tools, and workflow automation.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives, helping to streamline operations, reduce risk, and enhance scalability.

Project Support & Change Management:

• Assist in delivering business or system change projects across loan operations, acting as a liaison between operations, technology, and business stakeholders.
• Support documentation, process mapping, user acceptance testing (UAT), and stakeholder communications during projects.
