Retail Store Manager (Massage services and related Products)

Wangbao was proudly established in 2021 and is a wholly Australian owned and Operated, Victorian based Massage service Retailer.

The company operates its Retail Store for massage services and related products at Westfield Shopping center Plenty Valley.

To meet our business expansion demand for more Retail Stores, We are looking for a candidate performing the following tasks:

Creating an optimal work environment that you lead, engage, and develop a high performing team of therapists in-line with our values

Delivering an exceptional level of customer service to build up massage therapists’ client base

formulating and implementing marketing policies, and setting prices.

promoting and advertising for goods and services.

Financial performance of the store include: achieving budget and KPI, forecasting targets and roster management

controlling selection, training and supervision of staff.

ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.

Salary Ranges: $75000-80000 Plus Superannuation

Required skills and experience:

The successful candidate will have:

At least 5 years’ experience in similar position.

Strong Attention to detail.

A mature and can-do attitude.

Suit an energetic personality.

Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.

Experienced in MS Office Suite and necessary IT skills.

Ability to multitask & problem solving.

Highly organised and great time management skills
