The Opportunity

This is a full-time role for a skilled and dedicated Powder Coating Specialist, working out of our dedicated fabrication & coating facility in Allora.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing, coating, and inspecting various products, ensuring they meet our stringent quality standards.

You must demonstrate:

• A strong work ethic to meet scheduling deadlines
• Keen eye for detail to maintain top quality results
• Passion for delivering high-quality finishes
• Previous experience in powder coating and sandblasting
• Knowledge of powder coating and sandblasting equipment operation & care
• Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and drawings
• Good physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects with an eye on safety.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
