About the Role – Powder Coater

We’re on the lookout for a motivated and detail-driven Powder Coater to join our expert production team. You’ll be working in a high-quality, fast-paced environment, ensuring our parts are finished to the premium standard Patriot Campers is known for.

This full-time role offers a 9 days fortnight, with your every second Friday off!

Hours of operation are :

Week 1 - 7:00 am - 4:00 pm (Monday - Thursday) and 7.00am -3.30pm (Friday)
Week 2 - 7:00 am - 4:00 pm (Monday - Thursday) and RDO (Friday)

Your day-to-day will include:

Applying powder coating finishes to metal parts with precision and care

Collaborating with team members across the coating process

Preparing materials – including hanging, de-racking, sanding, and blasting

Ensuring cleanliness, consistency, and a quality finish every time

Contributing to efficient movement and organisation of parts

Thrives in a team setting but is confident working independently

Is reliable, energetic, and keen to grow your skills

Has full Australian working rights

Previous powder coating experience is ideal, but if you’re handy, willing to learn, and eager to join a passionate crew, we want to hear from you!
