Ultrafinish Powder Coating is seeking a motivated Powder Coating Assistant to join our experienced team. No prior powder coating experience necessary as you will have the opportunity to be trained.

You will be required to:

• Prepare materials to be powder coated ensuring proper cleaning of the products
• Become proficient in the cleaning and maintenance of powder coating equipment
• Operate to a minimum productivity level to deliver required throughput
• Inspect powder coated materials to ensure quality standards
• Pack and prepare items for dispatch
• Learn and master powder coating application with the guidance of our lead powder coating technitian
• Work alongside the team to achieve daily targets
• Maintain a clean and safe work space
