ARG Workforce is hiring across multiple fabrication workshops. Whether you’re a qualified tradesperson or just starting out, we have opportunities available with reputable engineering and metal fabrication companies.

Positions Available:

• Boilermakers – Trade qualified, workshop-based roles
• 2nd Class Welders – MIG welding, light to heavy fabrication
• Trade Assistants – Supporting trades with tools, materials, and prep work
• Apprentices – Entry-level roles with training and support provided

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with welding, fabrication, and mechanical assembly
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and workshop machinery
• Maintain a safe, clean, and productive work area

What We’re Looking For:

• Relevant trade qualification or welding/fabrication experience
• Confidence using hand tools, grinders, drills, etc.
• Forklift licence or experience with workshop machinery (advantageous)
