This position will be integral for their administration team, which includes Prestart Consultants, Contract Administrators and Client Liaisons. This role will be focused on dealing with the clients throughout the prestart and pre-construction, you will be responsible for carrying out 2-3 Prestarts meetings per week.

Key Requirments:

• At least 1 years’ experience in a Prestart role working for a residential builder or interior design background.
• A keen eye for design and the ability to bring clients ideas to life
• Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
• Strong multi-tasking and self-management skills
