▫️You lead with limitation, not contribution
We’ve had nearly 300 applicants this year - but we’re only looking for the few who are ready to show up as high-impact professionals. If your focus is on burnout, holding rigid expectations, or letting "balance" dictate effort - this likely isn’t the right fit.

As health professionals, clients come in pain, needing real care - and that calls for presence, energy, and emotional responsibility. Balance is a skill we build; investing in our mastery, purpose-driven systems that support sustainable energy and learning to regulate through challenge - not avoid it.

▫️You’re chasing quick rewards without earning your place
This isn’t the place for shortcuts. Rewards are real - but grounded in consistency, care and respect for the systems that drive success.

▫️You prioritise what you can get over what you can give
