A leading financial services organisation is looking for a Senior Lawyer with specialisation in Disputes, Regulatory Engagement and Investigations. As part of this role, you will be involved in delivering high quality legal services to a customer-focused and motivated legal team.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Managing and advising on matters involving ASIC, APRA, ACCC and SIRA
• Advising on regulatory engagement and associated remediation programs
• Proactively identifying and advising on issues which may impact the firm
• Project management and more

Profile

Key Requirements

• 8+ years PQE gained in-house or from a leading law firm
• Exposure to commercial disputes & litigation, financial services regulatory, and general commercial contracts
• Knowledge of general insurance products, claims and coverage issues
• You will be a driven individual who enjoys building business and stakeholder relationships
