Property Accountant
Salary: $110-116,000 + super
Location: CBD (3 days in office / 2 days WFH).

Large global commercial property group. Manage a commercial property portfolio.
About the role:
Take ownership of end-to-end financial reporting and analysis for a high-profile commercial asset. Your remit spans:
- Financial & management reporting for asset owner(s)
- Preparation of budgets, forecasts, KPIs and lease/vacancy analysis
- Oversight of financial compliance, controls, and audit requirements
- Stakeholder reporting, including co-owner packs and board-level insights
- Strong engagement with property management and modelling systems
- Partnering with GM on leasing deals, feasibility modelling, and asset planning
About you:
- CA or CPA
- Experience working as a Property Accountant on a commercial property portfolio
- You'll need to be confident navigating complex property structures and working across accounting, modelling, and stakeholder communication.
- Financial modelling experience
