• Salary guide: $55.00 - $78.00 per hour plus superannuation.

Your normal day will involve:

• Designing statistical sampling methodologies and analysis plans.
• Executing data analysis and monitoring results during physical stocktakes.
• Drafting comprehensive reports with detailed interpretations of findings.
• Collaborating with a Data Analyst to ensure data accuracy from Defence ERP.
• Contributing to annual briefings to Defence and the ANAO.
• Reporting to the Principal Statistician for overall project delivery.

Your next employer is a key government unit focused on Defence logistics, offering a long-term project in a critical field. The equivalent APS (Australian Public Service) classification would most likely align with an APS Level 6 or EL1, depending on the candidate’s experience and level of responsibility.

You will need:

• Expertise in statistical analysis and methodologies.
• Ability to present findings at senior levels.
• Eligibility for Baseline security clearance.
• Minimum visa required: Australian Citizen.
