The Role:
This is a fast-paced data entry role supporting key operational functions across the business. Working closely with the Compliance, Key Accounts and Operations teams, you’ll be responsible for ensuring large volumes of data are accurately entered, maintained, and updated across internal systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, be able to work quickly and accurately, and thrive in a tech-driven environment. Duties will include:

• Accurately entering and updating client data
• Reviewing documentation to ensure data integrity
• Supporting audits and internal reporting processes
• Identifying and correcting data discrepancies
• Liaising with internal teams to clarify and verify information

About you:
You’re detail-oriented, reliable, and confident working with data and systems. You enjoy routine tasks, can manage repetitive work with high levels of focus, and take pride in delivering accurate results. Ideally, you’ve worked in a financial services, tech-driven environment and are comfortable navigating digital tools and platforms, with an understanding of wealth management and investment platforms.
