Are you available now and happy to commit to a three-month temp role in the MINTO/INGLEBURN area?

This role is working Monday - Friday, ideally 9am - 5pm, however there is the opportunity for some flexibility to either start a little later, or finish a little earlier (if required).

Your responsibilities would include -

Accurate data entry of orders

Checking for errors in data

Ability to pick up issues with data

Liaising with customer service/IT/departments to resolve any issues

Build a solid understanding of the system and how it works

Monitor system interfaces to ensure all information is picked up accurately

All associated admin

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA - Proven experience with order processing where you have keyed product/stock type orders in the past. You enjoy looking at systems and how they work to ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently. You are comfortable working with systems such as Outlook, Excel etc and have experience using an ERP and/or inventory based system.
