You’ll be working alongside a friendly and highly collaborative team of five. Their supportive environment has helped all its accountants complete their CA or CPA qualifications, under the guidance of a positive, passionate and down-to-earth Director who is leading the firm through an exciting growth phase.

This boutique firm works with a dynamic client base including high-net-worth family groups, investment portfolios, and a wide range of small to medium enterprises, giving you exposure to various industries and tax scenarios.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for:

Preparing financial statements, tax reconciliations, and income tax returns (including supporting workpapers) for a variety of entities including Individuals, Trusts, Companies, Consolidated Groups, and Self-Managed Superannuation Funds (SMSFs)

Preparing BAS, IAS, FBT, and payroll tax returns

Liaising directly with clients, understanding their needs, and working closely with the team to deliver exceptional service

Reviewing work prepared by junior team members and providing them with guidance

To be considered for this outstanding opportunity, you will:

Be CA/CPA qualified or currently undertaking the program

Have 3 – 5 years of experience in public practice

Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
